WHAT IS VCO?

VCO is defined as “oil obtained from the fresh, mature kernel of coconut by mechanical  or natural means, with or without the use of heat, without  undergoing chemical refining,  bleaching or deodorizing, and which does not lead to the alteration of the oil. “  It is called “virgin” due to its pure, raw, pristine and unadulterated state

HOW DOES VCO DIFFER FROM OTHER COCONUT OILS?

Other coconut cooking oils are derived from copra and undergo chemical refining, bleaching, and deodorizing (RBD) processes prior to being sold.  It is clear, yellowish, and tasteless.
VCO is made from fresh coconuts and does not undergo RBD process.  Thus, it remains pure and clear, and retains the aroma and taste of coconut.

WHAT IS COCONUT SUGAR?

Coconut sugar is  a perfect and healthier substitute for artificial sweeteners that are toxic to one's health as well as a better alternative to other natural sweeteners that are sugar-cane based such as: refined white sugar, brown sugar, turbinado sugar, muscovado sugar, sucanat sugar , molassesand others.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you change your mind about your order, you have 30 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Items must be sent back UNOPENED in their ORIGINAL packaging. With a completed Return Form

If your order is defective/damaged, you have 30 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order, unless stated otherwise in the product description. Please fill out the Return Form. Indicate that the order is defective/damaged and send the item(s) back in their ORIGINAL packaging. We will gladly refund you the delivery costs once our QC confirms the item(s) being defective or wrong and you send us with the invoice for the delivery fees to cococebchannel@gmail.com. If 30 days have lapsed since receiving the item, please contact the manufacturer directly.
